Cancellation policy

To ensure efficient calendar management and maintain our high service standards, the following conditions apply based on the length of your stay:

• Standard Stays (up to 7 nights): You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before the scheduled check-in date. In case of late cancellation (less than 5 days before arrival) or No-Show, the full amount of the stay will be charged/retained.
• Long Stays (more than 7 nights): Due to the exclusivity of the apartment and the extended blocking of dates, reservations exceeding one week are strictly non-refundable. The total amount will be charged upon confirmation and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation, modification, or early departure.
